I can’t help but stop and grin, this time of year makes me feel like I’m 10 years old again.  Everywhere I go you can feel it, some say it moves like a spirit.  It falls on us once again like it came on a midnight clear, so love this season, it’s a gift when love came down to let us live, let’s open up and let our hearts embrace this moment for Christmas this year.

The words above speak to my soul and how I feel about this time of year. As fall moves into the sunset I begin to get excited, reflect full, and more hopeful. As many a movie, song, story will tell us Christmas is a state of mind and if people could just live Christmas everyday of the year – one can only imagine.

That is why I like being a Rotarian and associated with our club. We try to live Christmas everyday of the year through giving, through works, through caring for fellow Rotarians and others. We try and do this everyday not just during December.

It is a busy time of the year so please stop for a moment and reflect. I look forward to the New Year and the local and international programs we can be involved with.

I wish all of you a Very Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah.
